Samsung phones and tablets are Android Enterprise Recommended

Samsung Electronics is joining Google’s Android Enterprise Recommended program, giving our customers an added guarantee that Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets meet and exceed the hardware and software requirements set out by Google for enterprise clients.

Starting in December 2020, Galaxy users with productivity devices, such as the S20 and Note20, and rugged devices such as the XCover Pro running Android 11 and above, will be able to enjoy added peace-of-mind thanks to this new certification. AER-certified products guarantee a consistent user experience in terms of device performance, work profiles and fully managed device setup flows with regular software updates and security patches.

Moving forward, this certification will be expanded to most Samsung devices incrementally to meet all our enterprise customer needs and budgets.
